Airwalk was created in 1986 by Bill Mann. The footwear and apparel company hit its zenith in the late 80's and early 90's. They sponsored all the best pro skaterboarders in the industry, most notably Tony Hawk. The "Airwalk Prototype" was an extremely successful model.
